All orders are tucked up on a bed of compostable corn starch Bio Fill, secured snuggly in recyclable mailing boxes and sealed inside our 'OK Compost!' certified compostable post bags, to ensure they get to you in the perfect condition they leave our fulfilment centre.

From the moment you check out, we will email you to confirm receipt of your order and then we'll drop you another line to let you know when it's on its way to you.
All orders made before 1pm (AEDT), Monday through to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays, will be picked, packaged and posted on the same day. After 1pm, will be posted out the following working day.
We offer Standard Shipping with Australia Post (2-4 business days) for NSW and 3-6 business days for any other states, Monday to Friday only, excluding Public Holidays and free standard delivery is available on orders over $100.

To ensure your order reaches you in the perfect condition, every order is tucked up in our recyclable mailing boxes and kept contamination-free in our OK Compost! certified post bags that are made from natural resin and are 100% biodegradable.
returns, refunds & exchange
As we process all our orders promptly if you have placed an order and realise you need to either change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can deal with your request before the order is posted out. If your order is to be cancelled, please state this clearly when you contact us by email to hello@lorganiq.com.au and we will arrange an immediate refund through the means that you have paid, i.e. PayPal or visa/debit.
If your order is incorrect or damaged on receipt, please let us know straight away and we will organise an immediate replacement at no further cost to you. After notifying us, we may request that the item be returned to us within 7 days.

Our Australia distribution is managed by our L'ORGANIQ Australia representatives based in NSW.
All of our products are regulated at European Union and comply with IFRA standards level to ensure the highest level of consumer safety. The main regulatory framework for finished cosmetic products sold in the EU market is Regulated (EC) No. 1223/2009 and L'Organiq products are notified and registered through the EU Cosmetic Production Notification Portal (CPNP) and since Brexit, 1st January 2021, all products are notified through the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) so are fully compliant with UK and EU market regulations.

Are all your products vegan?Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegans as none of them contain any animal derived ingredients including honey and beeswax.

Do your products contain parabens, synthetic chemicals and additives?"No. Our products are made with the best quality, natural and organic ingredients and do not contain any synthetic chemicals, parabens, fillers or additives. We use a combination of Ethylhexylglycerin and Phonoxyethanol, which is a globally approved paraben-free preservative that is very effective against bacterial yeast and fungal growth and never will more than 1% be used in any of our products.

Are your products organic?All our products are marketed as organic as they contain a range of organic and natural ingredients. We are very careful about where we source our ingredients as we want to ensure they are natural and of the best quality.

Are your fragranced products natural?Yes! We only use 100% natural essential oils in our scent blends. There are no synthetic fragrances in any of our products.

How do I know what the ingredients are in each product?Each product description within our online store lists the full ingredients of each product, notwithstanding the ingredient lists are printed on the labels and/or secondary packaging of all our products.

Do any of your products contain nuts?Yes, some of our products contain nuts, for example Almond Oil, Macadamia Oil and Walnut Shell Powder. Products that contain nuts are clearly listed on their labels and/or secondary packaging, there are also warnings written within the online store product details and the products themselves are identified by thread-tied tags in retail outlets. We ask our customers to carefully read and acknowledge the ingredient lists before using any of our products.

Are your product containers recyclable?Sadly not all of our product container components are recyclable, however over 90% of our entire skincare range is packaged in glass and only the body wash and hair products are in recyclable rPET plastic bottles. All our refills are available in 100% Biodegradable eco pouches. This is why we have our Return & Reward scheme, encouraging our customers to return their empty bottles and jars to us, using our FREEPOST service, so that we can ensure all parts of our packaging is either reused or recycled appropriately and in return, we give a 15% discount on your next purchase.
